Changes to our Telephone System

You can now request a call-back if you are 5th in the queue and a member of our Reception team will phone you back as soon as possible. There are also new options to cancel an appointment, check a test result or arrange a home visit. We hope this improves your experience of contacting the Practice by telephone.
