Park Run!

As part of being a parkrun Practice, staff from the Practice recently took part in parkrun at Centre Vale Park.

Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 09:00. You can run, walk or volunteer and there’s tea & cake afterwards.

We had a great time!
