Noticeboard

FOR PATIENT SAFETY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

Patients wishing to make an appointment must phone the surgery and a clinician will call you back. This is to minimise the risk to patients and staff.

The government has announced we are moving into the delay phase of COVID-19. This means, if you have a continuous cough OR a high temperature, you should stay at home for at least 7 days from when your symptoms started. We expect the NHS to be exceptionally busy in the coming weeks. If you have serious symptoms that you cannot manage at home or persists longer than 7 days, please go to NHS 111 online, or call 111 if you cannot go online. Do NOT visit a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. For further details on COVID-19 please click here

Are your contact details up to date? If not please contact the practice to update.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagIf possible please try to telephone reception before 10.30am if you require a home visit and let us know if your condition is urgent.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP/ANP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
