FOR PATIENT SAFETY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

Patients wishing to make an appointment must phone the surgery and a clinician will call you back. This is to minimise the risk to patients and staff.

The government has announced we are moving into the delay phase of COVID-19. This means, if you have a continuous cough OR a high temperature, you should stay at home for at least 7 days from when your symptoms started. We expect the NHS to be exceptionally busy in the coming weeks. If you have serious symptoms that you cannot manage at home or persists longer than 7 days, please go to NHS 111 online, or call 111 if you cannot go online. Test Resultsblood_tests

Please call after 13:00 to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request at this time.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
